The Sage Group plc. ("Sage") announces that the Notice of the thirty-fourth Annual General Meeting ("Notice of the Meeting") is now available on Sage's website and can be accessed via www.sage.com/investors.

The Annual General Meeting of The Sage Group plc. will be held at, and broadcast from, our registered office at C23 - 5 & 6, Cobalt Park Way, Cobalt Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE28 9EJ, on Thursday, 3 February 2022 at 12 noon, with facilities to attend electronically.

In accordance with Listing Rules 9.6.1R, a copy of the Notice of the Meeting and related Form of Proxy has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The following documents have been dispatched to Sage's shareholders today, 8 December 2021:

-      The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2021;

-      Notice of the Meeting; and

-      Form of Proxy.
