Genus plc (LSE: GNS) announces that, as at 31 December 2021, its issued share capital consists of 65,770,066 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights ('Ordinary Shares'). No Ordinary Shares are currently held in treasury and the voting rights of all the Ordinary Shares are identical.
