GCP Infra, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, has today made available to shareholders the notice of its 2022 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM").
The AGM is to be held on Monday 14 February 2022 at 11:00am at 12 Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey. JE2 3RT.
The AGM notice has been posted to shareholders, submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
