Name Change
Further to the Annual General Meeting held on 20 January 2022, the change of name from Countryside Properties PLC to Countryside Partnerships PLC (the "Company) has now been completed with effect from 28 January 2022.
The Company's website address (including the investor relations content) has changed to countrysidepartnerships.com. The Company's ISIN (GB00BYPHNG03) and SEDOL (BYPHNGO) remain the same.
Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. No action from shareholders is required in relation to the change.
Auditor Resignation
In accordance with section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006, Countryside Partnerships PLC (the "Company") announces, for information only, that it has received a statutory statement from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") in connection with their resignation as auditors of the Company.
The resignation of PwC follows a competitive tender process undertaken by the Company for the position of statutory auditor. It was mutually agreed with PwC that they would not participate in the tender, due to the time of their tenure. Following this process, shareholders approved the appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors of the Company at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 20 January 2022.
