Approval of Warsaw Stock Exchange Delisting

International Personal Finance plc ("IPF" or "the Company")

Further to the announcement made on 19 August 2021, IPF is pleased to announce that it has received confirmation from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Polish: Komisja Nadzoru  Finansowego) ("PFSA") on 11 February 2022 that its application to withdraw its ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from trading on the main market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") ("Delisting") has been successful and that the PFSA issued a decision in this respect. Therefore, the Company's Ordinary Shares will no longer be tradeable on the WSE from 22 February 2022.

Furthermore IPF hereby confirms that, following the Delisting, it will cease to publish announcements in accordance with Polish law from 22 February 2022.

As previously stated, the Company will retain its listing to the premium segment of the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the admission of its Ordinary Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
