Fiona Le Poidevin, a Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that she has been appointed to the board of Doric Nimrod Air One Limited, Doric Nimrod Air Two Limited and Doric Nimrod Air Three Limited as a non-executive Director with effect from 01 March 2022. All three companies are admitted to the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
