Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Micro Focus International plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed that Amanda Brown, an Independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Mitchell & Butlers plc, a London Stock Exchange listed company, with effect from 4 July 2022.
