Notice of Capital Markets Day and Trading Update

Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the UK leader in business-critical services and software which assure safety and regulatory compliance, will be hosting a virtual Capital Markets Day along with Q&A for investors and analysts on Tuesday, 5 April 2022.

Capital Markets Day

At the event, senior executives and operational management will provide an update on:

·      The significant progress made in building the Marlowe compliance platform and delivering against the Group's medium-term financial and strategic targets set out at our last Capital Markets Day (17 February 2021); and

·      A deep-dive into the Group's Governance, Risk and Compliance division focusing on our software and consultancy offering.

The event will start at 10:00 GMT and is expected to end at around 12:00 GMT.

Group trading

The Group continues to make strong financial and strategic progress, and trading for the year ending 31 March 2022 is expected to be in line with current market expectations.

The integration programmes of all recent completed acquisitions are proceeding as planned with synergies being delivered in line with expectations. In addition, the Group's pipeline of earnings-enhancing acquisitions remains attractive and the Group is in a strong financial position to capitalise on these opportunities as they arise.
