("Breedon" or the "Company")
Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR Dealings
The Company announces that it has granted options to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") under the Breedon Group Irish Savings Related Share Option Scheme and the Breedon Group Savings Related Share Option Scheme (the "SAYE Schemes").
Under the terms of the SAYE Schemes:
1. Terry Lagan, Managing Director Ireland (PDMR), is committed to making contributions over a three-year period. As at 1 May 2025 these accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the SAYE Scheme as cash or used to exercise options over Ordinary Shares of nil par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at 72.3 pence per Ordinary Share. Assuming full participation in the SAYE Scheme, he will have an option over 20,920 Ordinary Shares;
2. Caroline Roberts, Group People Director (PDMR) is committed to making contributions over both a three-year and a five-year period. These accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the SAYE Scheme as cash or used to exercise options as at 1 May 2025 over 9,958 Ordinary Shares which have been granted at 72.3 pence per Ordinary Share and at 1 May 2027 over 9,077 Ordinary Shares which have been granted at 66.1 pence per Ordinary Share. Assuming full participation in the SAYE Scheme, she will therefore have options over 19,035 Ordinary Shares; and
3. Louise Turner-Smith, Head of Investor Relations (PDMR), is committed to making contributions over a five-year period. As at 1 May 2027 these accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the SAYE Scheme as cash or used to exercise options over Ordinary Shares of nil par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at 66.1 pence per Ordinary Share. Assuming full participation in the SAYE Scheme, she will have an option over 45,385 Ordinary Shares.
