Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of innovative, highly engineered technology products principally for the global gaming and broadcast industries, confirms that, further to the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 December 2021 on 5 April 2022, the annual report and accounts, together with Notice of the Company's 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy of them and are available to download from the Company's website at www.quixantplc.com.

The AGM is to be held at 11.00 am on 5 May 2022 at the Company offices at The Galleria, Station Road, Crawley, RH10 1WW.
