Essentra today announces that a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts 2021 and Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting, to be held on Thursday 19 May 2022 at 12 noon, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Company's website at www.essentraplc.com.
Essentra's next scheduled trading update will be published at 07:00 (UK time) on the day of the AGM, covering the four-month period to 7 May 2022.
