Result of AGM
CentralNic Group plc (AIM: CNIC), the global internet platform company that derives recurring revenues selling online presence and marketing services, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, 4 May 2022, Resolutions 1-10 and 12 were duly passed and Special Resolution 11 (concerning disapplication of pre-emption rights on allotment of Ordinary Shares) did not pass.
The full text of all the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022, dated 4 April 2022, a copy of which is available on the Company's website at CentralNic Notice of AGM 2022. The full AGM voting results will be uploaded to CentralNic's investor website investor.centralnicgroup.com in short order.
