Results date

The Board of Pelatro Plc (AIM: PTRO) announces that the Group's auditors, Crowe UK LLP ("Crowe"), have requested additional time to complete their audit processes. Therefore, the Company now expects to publish its results for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("2021 Results") in the second half of May.

The Company emphasises that the delay arises from undertaking the ordinary course audit process that Crowe is required to perform and not as a result of any concerns relating to its 2021 Results and that the results are expected to be in line with market expectations.
