On 11 May 2022, it was announced that the recommended takeover offer (the "Offer") by Constellation through its wholly-owned subsidiary CAG Vega 2 Limited for the entire issued share capital of MMH had been declared wholly unconditional. As a result of the Offer going wholly unconditional, the Company confirms the following individuals have joined the board of MMH with immediate effect:
