Result of AGM
Logistics Development Group plc, the AIM Investing Company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held at 10.00 a.m. on 12 May 2022, all 11 resolutions put to the members were passed on a poll. Accordingly, resolutions 1-8 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 9-11 were passed as special resolutions.
