In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, and as previously advised in the 2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements of The Mercantile Investment Trust plc, the Board announces the retirement of Jeremy Tigue, at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 17th May 2022. Graham Kitchen has succeeded Jeremy in the roles of the Company's Senior Independent Director and Remuneration Committee Chairman.
