Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Further to the announcement on 4 May 2022, the Board of HydrogenOne Capital Growth plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Bucknall, as Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. David is currently Chief Executive Officer of the INEOS Energy group of companies and has been nominated as the Board representative of INEOS UK E&P Holdings Limited ("INEOS Energy") pursuant to the relationship and co-investment agreement entered into between, inter alia, INEOS Energy and the Company at launch, replacing Roger Bell.
There is no further information to be disclosed for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.13.
