Trainline plc (the 'Company') announces that it has today published its FY 2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements and the Notice of its 2022 Annual General Meeting (the '2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting') to be held at 10:00am BST on 30 June 2022 at 120 Holborn, London, EC1N 2TD (the 'AGM').

The FY 2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements and 2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting can be viewed on the Company's website at: https://investors.thetrainline.com/AGM

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism 

·    FY 2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements (in machine-readable XHTML web browser format);

·    2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting;

·    Proxy Form for the AGM; and

·    the proposed amendments to the Performance Share Plan Rules.
