Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2021 on 23 May 2022, Pelatro (AIM: PTRO) confirms that the Annual Report for that year is now available on the Company's website at www.pelatro.com.
The 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11:00am on Monday, 27 June 2022 at the offices of finnCap, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL. Documentation concerning the AGM will be posted to shareholders today.
