Posting of Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements

Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
The Company announces that it has, as at the 3rd of May 2022, posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 together with the Notice convening the Company's AGM.
The AGM is intended to be held at the Company's registered office at Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EW on 29 June 2022 at 12:30 BST.
In view of the ongoing updates surrounding Covid-19 and government guidelines, we remind investors that the AGM will be held in accordance with prevailing guidelines and regulations at the time of the meeting.
A copy of the Company's Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements (with an opinion provided by KPMG Channel Islands Limited), and the AGM notice are available on the Company's website www.nbddif.com.
In addition, a second set of the Company's Audited Consolidated Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with certain rules of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (with an opinion provided by KPMG LLP), which are also available on the Company's website.
