Sub: Integrated Annual Report FY 2021-22 and Notice of the 59^th Annual General Meeting

Dear Sir/Madam,

We wish to inform you that 59^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Monday, June 27, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. IST through Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means, in accordance with the Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of Rs. 6.05 per equity share of Re. 1 each (605%) of the Company for approval by the Shareholders at the 59^th AGM. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Saturday, June 11, 2022 to Friday, June 17, 2022 (both days inclusive) for determining the entitlement of equity shareholders to the dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, if approved by the Shareholders at the 59^th AGM. The payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made on or after June 29, 2022 and before July 27, 2022.
