RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a specialist provider of complex and integrated remote site services to Humanitarian, Governmental and Commercial organisations globally, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be at the offices of Dentons UK and Middle East LLP, 1 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7WS on 29 June 2022 at 3:00 p.m (BST).
The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders and will be made available on the Company's website at: www.raints.com.
In order to ensure that shareholders are able to follow the proceedings of the AGM, the Company will provide access online through the Investor Meet Company platform. However, shareholders will not be able to vote online during the Meeting and are therefore urged to submit their votes via proxy as early as possible.

Shareholders are invited to submit any questions on the business of the meeting in advance of the AGM to investors@raints.com no later than 17 June 2022 and we will provide them with a written answer by the 22 June 2022.
