Grant of Options to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
DF Capital (AIM: DFCH) announces the grant of options to, amongst other eligible employees, the following PDMRs, by virtue of their participation in the Company's Save As You Earn scheme. The award is not subject to any performance conditions, but the PDMR has entered into a savings contract of three years under the plan and the options become exercisable from 1 August 2025.
