Result of Annual General Meeting
and
Board Change
Itaconix (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in plant-based specialty polymers used as essential ingredients in everyday consumer products, announces the results of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of its shareholders held at 1.00 pm today.
At the AGM, resolutions 1 to 3 (inclusive), 6 to 9 (inclusive), 11 and 12 were duly passed. Resolutions 4, 5 and 10 were not passed.
As a result, the Board now comprises Dr. James Barber (Non-Executive Chairman) and John R. Shaw (Chief Executive Officer).
John R. Shaw, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "We are active in the process of recruiting new members to our Board and will update the market in due course. I want to thank John Snow and Charlean Gmunder for their service to the Company."
