LendInvest announces the grant of nil-cost options ("Awards") to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the LendInvest Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and LendInvest Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP"), as set out in the table below.

Awards granted under the LTIP will vest subject to continued employment and the achievement of performance targets measured over a three year performance period beginning on 1 April 2022. The performance targets are based on the Company's Earnings per Share and its absolute Total Shareholder Return measured over the performance period. The targets as determined by the Remuneration Committee of the Board will be disclosed in the Company's 2023 Annual Report.
In accordance with the Directors' Remuneration Policy, 50% of the directors' annual bonus for the 2022 financial year will be deferred into a share award under the DBP. Awards granted under the DBP will vest, subject to continued employment, on the first anniversary of the grant date and will become exercisable on that date.
