The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that within the Ordinary Share Class portfolio, Borrower 4*, an anaerobic digestion plant located in Scotland has refinanced. The position was restructured and sold, repaying the fund £2.7 million plus the potential for a further £0.2 million of deferred consideration. It had a carrying value of £2.5 million as at 31 March 2022 with a further £0.1 million advanced to fund creditors post the March 2022 valuation.
