RETURN OF CAPITAL VII
The Board of Directors of SLF Realisation Fund Limited is pleased to announce that it has resolved to return an amount of 1 pence per share to Ordinary Shareholders, being £3.6m based on the current number of shares in issue, and to return an amount of 5 pence per share to C Shareholders, being £6.9m (the "Distributions").
The Distributions will be effected by way of an issue of redeemable B shares and D shares to existing Shareholders pro-rata to their shareholding on the record date set out below and the subsequent redemption of those shares.
It is expected that the timetable for the Distributions will be as follows:
