Coro Energy plc, the South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and clean energy portfolio, announces that today Mark Hood, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 3,694,889 shares in the Company at a price of 0.274 pence per share.
Following the transaction Mr Hood is interested in 76,415,477 Ordinary shres in the Company, representing 3.59% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
