LLOYDS BANKING GROUP: BOARD COMMITTEE CHANGES
Following the announcement made on 30 June 2022 and regulatory approval of Scott Wheway's appointment as Chair of Scottish Widows Group, Lloyds Banking Group is pleased to announce that when Scott joins the Group as a Non-Executive Director on 1 August 2022, he will become a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee and the Board Risk Committee.
