Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

1) Final Terms dated 25 August 2022 in respect of an issue by BT of EUR 500,000,000 2.750 per cent. Notes due 30 August 2027 (the "2027 Notes"); and

2) Final Terms dated 25 August 2022 in respect of an issue by BT of EUR 500,000,000 3.375 per cent. Notes due 30 August 2032 (the "2032 Notes").

Each of the 2027 Notes and the 2032 Notes, respectively, are issued under the €20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by BT.

The Final Terms in respect of the 2027 Notes and the Final Terms in respect of the 2032 Notes, respectively, must each be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 17 June 2022, as supplemented by the Supplement dated 19 August 2022, including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended, in order to obtain all the relevant information.
