Audit Committee Chair Appointment
Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that Alison Morris, who joined the Board as a Non-executive Director in May 2022, has been appointed Chair of the Audit Committee. Ian Clark, who had been appointed Chair of the Audit Committee on an interim basis will remain as Non-executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee.
