("Touchstone" or the "Company") (TSX, LSE: TXP) reports that Mr. John Wright, Non-executive Director and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold an aggregate 82,434 common shares of the Company ("Common Shares"). Mr. Wright sold 82,434 Common Shares at a weighted average price of C$1.50 per Common Share on the Toronto Stock Exchange on August 29, August 30, and August 31, 2022.
As a result of the previously announced share option exercise and selling of Common Shares, Mr. Wright currently owns 5,127,892 Common Shares of the Company, representing approximately 2.41% of the Company's issued and outstanding Common Shares.
