Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, in accordance with DTR 5.6.1, Allergy Therapeutics advises that at 1 September 2022, the Company has 644,104,621 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 644,104,621.
The above figure of 644,104,621 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
