Fixed Income Investor Meetings

Benchmark (LSE: BMK), the aquaculture biotechnology company, announces that it has mandated DNB Markets to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on 7 September 2022. A new 5-year senior unsecured floating rate green bond issue of up to NOK 925 million may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.

In connection with the new bond issue, the company will offer a conditional buyback of its outstanding senior secured bonds with ticker "BHMH01" (ISIN NO0010858210) and maturity in June 2023, which will be contingent upon subscription in the new bond issue. Subject to completion of the potential new bond issue, Benchmark will call the remaining part of BHMH01 in whole.
