Revised Voting by Proxy Deadline

On 3 August 2022, the Company posted Notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, 21 September 2022 at United House, 9 Pembridge Road, Notting Hill, London, W11 3JY.

The UK Government have announced that Monday, 19 September 2022 will be a national bank holiday to coincide with the State Funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

As this date coincides with the deadline for returning completed and signed proxy votes in respect of the AGM, the Company has extended this deadline by 24 hours to 10:00am on Tuesday, 20 September 2022.
