Redemption of €750,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Notes due 2023 (the "Notes") issued by Standard Chartered PLC ("SCPLC")

SCPLC has today given notice in accordance with the Final Terms dated 29 September 2017 relating to the Notes (the "Final Terms") that, on 3 October 2022, it will redeem the €750,000,000 in principal amount of the outstanding Notes together with accrued but unpaid interest in accordance with the Final Terms.
