Directorate changes

NAHL (AIM: NAH), a leading UK marketing and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market, is pleased to announce that Chris Higham has been appointed as a director of the Company as Group Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Chris has held a variety of finance roles at NAHL since 2006 and was appointed acting CFO on 17 August 2021 when James Saralis became Group Chief Executive Officer.

The Board also announces that Gillian Kent has decided to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Group to pursue other business opportunities.  This follows Gillian's recent appointment to the Board of THG plc as a Non-Executive Director. Gillian will remain on the Board of NAHL until 30 September 2022 to ensure an orderly handover of her responsibilities.

With three independent non-executive directors remaining, the Board is not intending to appoint a new non-executive director at this time as it believes that the current Board composition provides the skills and experience necessary to meet the Group's needs, given its size and nature.

Tim Aspinall, Chair of NAHL, commented:

"I am delighted to welcome Chris to the Board as an Executive Director. Chris' experience across the Group over the past 16 years has proved invaluable since he took up the CFO role and we look forward to working with him in a Board capacity as he and James continue to deliver on the Group's strategy.

"I would also like, on behalf of the Board, to thank Gillian for her invaluable contribution over the past eight years. We are extremely grateful for having Gillian diligently Chair the Group's Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee and regularly contribute to wider Group discussions. We wish Gillian all the best in her future endeavours."
