Trustpilot appoints Zillah Byng-Thorne to its Board as a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair 

Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") is delighted to announce the appointment of Zillah Byng-Thorne as an independent non-executive director and deputy chair of the Company with effect from 1 October 2022. Zillah will also become a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Trust & Transparency Committee on appointment.

Zillah brings extensive technology sector experience, spanning online gaming, digital media and e-commerce, having previously held roles at GoCo Group plc, Trainline, Trade Media Group (now Auto Trader Group plc), Mecom Group plc and THG plc.

Her appointment will significantly strengthen Trustpilot's Board with over 17 years' experience of sitting on boards and committees of FTSE-listed companies.    

Zillah is currently the Chief Executive Officer and executive director of Future plc, non-executive director at Flutter Entertainment plc. There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rules 9.6.13R.
