·      Final Terms dated 21 September 2022 in respect of the €500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.750 per cent. Notes due 23 September 2025 (the "Final Terms");

to be issued by Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. under its €5 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme, and guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC AG.

This announcement must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 6 September 2022 (the "Base Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
