Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified by Craig Brocklehurst, Chief Operating Officer of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), that he purchased 18,500 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 54.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 September 2022.
Following this purchase Craig Brocklehurst holds a total of 38,682 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.13 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
