Dividend - Change of record date
In order to accommodate the Company's dividend re-investment plan, the Board of European Opportunities Trust PLC announce that the record date for the Company's forthcoming final dividend will be brought forward. The payment date for the dividend of 28 November is unchanged.
Accordingly, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting, the final dividend of 2.5 pence per ordinary share in relation to the financial year ended 31 May 2022 will be payable to Shareholders on the register as at 4 November 2022 (the new record date) with an associated ex-dividend date of 3 November 2022 and a payment date of 28 November 2022.
