The Directors of the Company have resolved that the second interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2022 will be a payment of 3.20 pence per ordinary share (2021: 3.00 pence per share). The dividend will be paid on 1 November 2022 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 7 October 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 6 October 2022. Please note this payment will include a Dividend Re-investment Plan facility, for which the election date will be 14 October 2022.
