Change to Director Roles and Responsibilities

 

The Board of Bluefield Solar is pleased to announce that, with effect from 27 September 2022 the following Committees were formed:

 

Management Engagement Committee;

Nomination Committee; and

Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") Committee

 

The Company's Committees shall be comprised of all independent, non-executive directors. The Chairs of the relevant Committees are as follows: -

 

Management Engagement Committee

Elizabeth (Libby) Burne

 

Nomination Committee

John Rennocks

 

ESG Committee

Meriel Lenfestey

 

These new committees are in addition to the Audit Committee, which was established in 2013 and is chaired by Paul Le Page.
