NOVATEK's Shareholders Approve Interim Dividends

Moscow, 29 September 2022. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") of PAO NOVATEK held on 28 September 2022 resolved to pay dividends for the First Half 2022.

The EGM approved the interim dividend payment for the First Half 2022 in the amount of RR 45.00 per one ordinary share with the total dividend distribution amounting to RR 136,633,770,000.

The shareholders of record as at 9 October 2022 will be entitled to receive dividends.
