PCA award under Employee Incentive Plan
Pursuant to the THG PLC (the "Company") Employee Incentive Plan (the "EIP"), the Company announces that it was notified on 5 October 2022 of the grant of an award of 5,236,223 ordinary voting shares of £0.005 each (each an "Ordinary Share" and together the "Award Shares"), legal title for which will be held by FIC Shareco Limited ("FIC Shareco"). None of the Award Shares are beneficially owned by FIC Shareco, any PDMR or any person closely associated with a PDMR.
The Company makes the below announcement and notification in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation:
