CFO departs Recognise Bank

Chief Financial Officer to leave Recognise Bank
The Company announces that David Jenkins, Chief Financial Officer of Recognise Bank Limited, the Company's principal operating subsidiary, is to leave after three years with the Bank, effective as of 30th November 2022.
Jean Murphy, CEO of Recognise Bank, said:
"During his time at Recognise Bank, David has made a major contribution through the mobilisation period and in gaining our licence to become a fully trading SME Bank. David has supported the Board in the development and evolution of the Bank's strategy, and he leaves behind a strong finance and treasury team that will continue that support.
"I would like to thank him for the contribution he has made and wish him every success for the future."
Whilst a search is undertaken for a new Chief Financial Officer, Prasad Pitale, Head of Finance at Recognise Bank will take responsibility for the Finance team.
