Confirmation of Chief Financial Officer Appointment Date
Further to the announcement made on 20 June 2022, appointing Scilla Grimble as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), the Company announces that Scilla will join the Board as CFO with effect from 20 February 2023.
David Hancock who is currently serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer since 17 September 2022 will step down from the position with effect from the same date.
The Company confirms that there are no further details that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company with regard to this appointment.
