AGM Arrangements

The following arrangements have been put in place for the AGM:

·    In order to ensure that shareholders are able to follow the proceedings of the AGM, the AGM will be broadcast live on the Investor Meet Company platform. However, shareholders will not be able to vote online during the Meeting and are therefore urged to submit their votes via proxy as early as possible.

·    Investors can sign up to Investor Meet Company for free and add the Company via: https://www.investormeetcompany.com/finsbury-food-group-plc/register-investor

·    Investors who already follow the Company on the Investor Meet Company platform will automatically be invited.

Although the broadcast will not be an interactive forum, shareholders are invited to submit questions to the Board on matters to be discussed at the AGM in advance. Questions can be submitted by email to finsbury@almapr.co.uk by 6.00 p.m. on 15 November 2022. Please title your email "FIF AGM Shareholder Questions" and include your full name. Questions can also be pre-submitted in advance of the AGM via the Investor Meet Company Platform up to 9 a.m. the day before the AGM.  Where appropriate, responses will be prepared and delivered by the Board at the AGM via the webcast. The Company reserves the right to respond only to questions put by shareholders whose names are on the Company's register of members at 6.00 p.m. on 15 November 2022.

Voting

Shareholders are encouraged to vote on the resolutions to be put to the AGM by proxy. As in previous years, shareholders will not receive a form of proxy for the AGM in the post. Instead, shareholders will find instructions in the section of the AGM Notice entitled "Notes" to enable them to vote electronically and how to register to do so (or obtain a paper proxy card if required).
