Notice of Half Year Results & Total Voting Rights

Accsys, the fast-growing and eco-friendly company that combines chemistry and technology to create high performance, sustainable wood building products, will announce its half year results for the six months ended 30 September 2022 on Tuesday 22 November 2022.

There will be a virtual presentation and conference call for analysts and investors at 10:00am GMT (11:00am CET) on 22 November 2022.

Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice is 206,896,709 ordinary shares of €0.05 each, none of which are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 206,896,709.

The above figure of 206,896,709 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
