Impellam Group PLC, the largest staffing business in the UK and 8th largest MSP worldwide, announces that it has made the following purchases of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be cancelled pursuant to the Share Purchase Plan announced on 8 July 2022.

Following cancellation of the Ordinary Shares purchased, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM will be reduced to 45,064,854. This figure of 45,064,854 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Share Purchase Plan.
